Shipping & Handling

Transit time and cost is to be decided by customer at checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We ship using USPS ground (2-5 days in transit) unless another shipping method is chosen at checkout. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

Methods and transit times:

Standard    3-5 business days after shipping

Priority       1-3 business days after shipping

All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

At this time we can only ship to one address per order. We will not be responsible for inaccurate shipping information entered at checkout, inaccurate shipping method, any delay caused in transit, and any delivery issues once the item has been marked as “Delivered”.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For international countries, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wanda Gale Design is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We do not have any control over these fees and cannot advise on costs and are not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wandagaledesign@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Kindly note Wanda Gale Design is unable to provide replacements or refunds for stolen packages after the shipping carrier has successfully delivered the parcel.
